The intimate and exclusive dining room has minimal seating which enables our exceptional team to deliver the highest quality of service, wine and gastronomic indulgence. The degustation is a whirlwind of seasonal superstars, from a mouth-watering charcuterie selection to handmade cheeses and Wayne Brocks grass-fed Dexter beef. The regional focus is commendable, as is a sterling wine list. The Linley valley free range pork cannelloni was a treat. Every dish is a mini-artwork. Fabulous.
