Access Property Management is a family owned real estate business, specialising in property management, and has been in operation since 1995. Since commencing business Access Property Management has spent a substantial amount of time and effort in establishing a name and we are now reaping the benefits with a portfolio of over 100 properties.

Tenant Information

At Access Property Management we can be extremely flexible in meeting all tenants' needs and requirements. Our fully furnished and equipped properties are available for a minimum term of six weeks. The properties are not serviced but come fully equipped with linen, towels, crockery and cutlery. Should you require the accommodation to be serviced, this can be arranged at an extra cost.

Electricity, gas and telephone charges are not included in the rent and will be charged separately either direct from the suppliers or invoiced through our office.

At the commencement of the lease, the initial payment will include two weeks' rent in advance, a bond equal to four times the weekly rent, a letting fee equal to one week's rent, and stamp duty.
